Design Submission Schedule

DEVELOPMENT SANITARY SEWER DESIGN DRAWING SUBMISSION DATE SCHEDULE

This Review Schedule is being posted publicly so that Land Developers and their respective Engineering firms may have written notice in order that their planning efforts may benefit and the timing of projects can be done with full knowledge of the prerequisite time required for the approval process to take place.

The following Review Schedule indicates the required date for the first submission in order to guarantee that the Design drawings will be placed on the Agenda of that Board meeting date for approval. If the scheduled date is not met, the submission will be automatically moved to the next available submission date/Board meeting and the review process will not begin until that cycle begins. There will be no exceptions, unless it is determined by review staff to be in the Authority’s best interest from a timing perspective due to staff availability or work load issues.

This schedule allows time for the required three (3) review cycles for Design drawings as stated in the Specifications which guarantees transmittal of review comments in five (5) working days, and accommodates staff/consultant work loads, meetings, seminars, various holidays and vacation days. It also allows time to be included in required reporting as well as placement on the agenda.
